El servicio definitivamente es 10/10; todo el personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a hacer que nuestra estadía fuera aún más especial. Las habitaciones son completamente confortables, limpias y acogedoras, ideales para descansar y relajarse.
Además, la comida estuvo deliciosa, con muy buen sabor y excelente presentación. Cada detalle del hotel transmite paz, exclusividad y comodidad. Sin duda, una experiencia que vale totalmente la pena vivir.

The staff were all so great, probably the best I’ve ever experienced, room was great and spacious, beautiful views of the lake, and lovely pool. The monkey boat tour was very special and awesome that it was included with your stay
