I didn't get much of a chance to use the oven/stove, but the kitchen was well appointed. The aircon fan made some odd noises, and some of the walls could use a bit of fresh paint (general scuff marks), but the space was comfortable. The apartment is in a wonderful location and close to dining, shopping and entertainment. Lovely balcony. I advised the property on maintenance and cleaning issues which do need attending to.
