Enjoyed our stay here - location was great, staff were always friendly and helpful and our room was massive - a pleasant surprise as that isn't usually the norm for hotels! Just one minor thing I wanted to point out - we had emailed the hotel at least twice prior our stay to advise we would be celebrating my 40th during that time and the date but unfortunately it wasn't acknowledged while we were there - not sure if I just perhaps had hoped for too much but it was a tiny bit disappointing. We enjoyed our stay regardless!

The room was perfect! Clean and spacious! The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed like stove, medium size fridge, dish washer, etc. (The oven was broken but it was ok for me). The bed and living room was also very comfortable, good layout. The tv in living can logon to netflix but the one inside the bedroom couldn't. I also bought the breakfast for 1 morning but it was ok.. average. Other than that the staffs were very friendly and helpful. I was happy with the hotel and would book again if i come back to Melbourne.

Always a good quality and good value stay, I prefer to stay here when working in the east end. Having a pool and spa is great for unwinding at the end of the day. Breakfast buffet is great quality.

Excellent location with very friendly helpful staff. Outside area off our apartment needs a clean up but incredibly spacious and outdoor furniture would be an asset. We didn't use the bar or eat breakfast so unable to comment. Value for money in Melbourne CBD.

A great apartment hotel in Melbourne. Will definitely stay here again. Booked a premium one bedroom apartment and asked for a high floor. Was given the top floor. The front desk staff were excellent. Great communication and very welcoming. A little road noise from outside, but to be expected in the heart of a city. Bathrooms were outdated but exceptionally clean nevertheless. Comfortable bed with premium linens. Could do with higher quality towels.

Rooms are big and very clean. Pool was a little too cool but good. Breakfast was great. Parking was good and cheaper if you are a member, but not enough spaces on Level 5 which makes it inconvenient to use the lift 5 to get directly into hotel/ room. You have to go to ground and walk to the outside. Staff were all helpful. Only negative was the shower is in the bath.
