Walkable to public transport, southern cross station and the District Docklands Staff were friendly on check in. 3 bedroom apartment was very spacious. Lots of room for a family of 5 with teenage kids. Minor issue. Minimal toilet paper on the rolls when we checked in. Would have been nice to have a couple of spare rolls or at least 1 available. We ran out on day 1\. We have stayed in a few different apartments in the area in the past. This one was by far the most spacious. We enjoyed our stay. Probably not. I absolutely hate posting feedback. Although the property in general is clean, the floor was dirty, definitely hasn't been mopped for a while. The outdoor furniture hasn't been cleaned for sometime too. Keep in mind that this room is managed through an office in a separate building, so, you most try and find a park to check in before you're given a map to the actual property. Finally, the booking said a free bottle of wine, which we've never received.
