"Hotel check-in process was smooth. Our room location was good room amenities were OK. The big biggest disappointment was the hotel was advertised as breakfast unfortunately that was a miscommunication. It should’ve been listed as continental breakfast. The only thing offered were coffee, blueberry chocolate muffin, and a granola bar there is no other food, hot food waffles nothing so that was a very big disappointment had known it was going to be such a poor breakfast. I would’ve stayed at another hotel. This is a misrepresentation that I hope Hotels.com and call extended stay in brand can remedy."

"This historic hotel was a great place for my sister and me to spend a night before visiting Hungry Mother State Park, where our parents used to take us back in the 60s. Staff helped with suggestions of where to eat (Macado's!). We wish there had been an easier way to get our luggage to the elevator - steps are required either from the front or side entrance, but realize that's likely due to the historic limits of the building. We would definitely stay again."
