"The hotel was beautiful and the room was very nice, with a very condole bed. The only reason I gave it for starts is for the lack of counter space. It was very inconvenient to have to have some stuff in the bathroom while getting ready and some stuff on the closet shelf. Is basically just the sink and a little tiny floating shelf next to it. Other than that, the piece was amazing!!!!"

"This was the worst night I've ever had staying here at this location. The drunks and the tweakers run the show. Security is useless and spends more time in the break room than doing his job. I was disturbed all night long because people were walking back and forth in front of my room which shook my floor and therefore shook the bed. The first time I called about it was 1:15 a.m. security is supposed to be patrolling the perimeter of this building and I never saw him once and I look out the window quite a bit to see who's walking by my door. And it was the same guy every time. Not only that but we were told when we were checking in that the TV didn't work it was hit and miss. I should have been offered a discount. Because someone that was staying here said that I should have been offered a discount but I wasn't now they don't want to give me a discount for all the constant disturbence that I put up with. I'm not So I call up the front desk this morning before I wrote this review and I told her I wanted a late check out. She didn't even want to do that. She's not authorized to do anything and I said well then you better call the manager and talk to her because I won't be back."
