Mayview Vacation Rentals

"We booked for my parents when the came into town. Checked in and the room was so heavily perfumed it was choking. The air conditioner front was broken and you could see mold thick and growing in it. My mom has cancer and could not stay there. We immediately checked back out. The front desk said they could not refund us because it was booked by Expedia. Even though I had just paid at the front desk. I called Expedia and they contacted the hotel. I was told they approved the refund and would be refunded within 24 hrs. Called the hotel next day and was told they would refund as soon as Expedia canceled the booking. None of this ever happened so I ended up disputing it on my credit card. "

"Kristy (the sweet girl that checked us in) was so helpful at making our stay fun and enjoyable. And I dont think Im the only guest that feels that way. I saw the way she treated others. She was friendly, kind and genuine. I could tell she enjoyed making her guests happy. Rare quality these days. "

"Just wanted to say yes although it is a Super 8 and they typically aren’t the best of places to spend time or stay. The Higginsville location supersedes the stereo type. Cleanliness and friendliness was beyond what I could ask for. Housekeeping showed up on time to a tee every day of my stay. And the location is perfect. I’ll definitely stay at this location on my next trip to the state "
