"I absolutely loved the location of the cabin. The view from the terrace was mesmerizing, a very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The lake was just a few steps away from our rooms. The rooms were equipped with AC's but one of the ACs wasn’t working, the kitchen was fully equipped, two full bathrooms but no towels, no wifi, no warm water. Communication with host could've been better as he sent instructions on how to access the property until the "day of" as I was on the phone with customer service....

"Amazing stay in the jungle, surrounded by nature - hummingbirds at breakfast, monkeys foraging in the trees above the hammocks each afternoon. Total relaxation, close enough to Tikal and a great nature hike with a couple of restaurants down the road. (the in-house options are wonderful) Our hosts were awesome - always smiling, helping in any way they could, cooking up delicious and reasonably priced breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Rather good selection of rums if the mood takes you. We stayed in a grass roofed room open to the jungle but secure enough to keep the monkeys out. Simple but beautiful. "

The staff in the hotel and the restaurant are very attentive and friendly . 🌸Had a delicious dinner on the rooftop restaurant with gorgeous views of the lake and sunset . Nothing like it anywhere else around ! Lots of amenities here -high end toiletries , lots of fluffy pillows, complimentary shuttle to airport and filtered water in the lobby 💕"
