« I literally got cat fished with this property. I booked through Expedia which was supposed to be a two bedroom suite. Then when I got there and checked in the room was terrible and it was not two bedrooms. The pictures showed a kitchen and living room which there was none. The room was super small with two beds right next to one another. But again that’s not what the pictures showed through Expedia. The staff was super friendly. I just could not stay in that room knowing what I had booked for me...

« 30 minutes pour faire le check in. Arrivés à notre chambre, elle n’était pas faite. Nous redescendons en bas et attendons encore car quelqu’un à la réception. On nous donne une autre chambre. Celle-ci sent la cigarette à plein nez alors que l’hôtel entier est non fumeur. D’ailleurs, au check in, on prend un dépôt de 50$ et on vous fait signer un papier pour ne pas que vous fumiez. On redescend à la réception pour aviser la dame de notre constat, mais surtout qu’elle ne prenne pas le dépôt et...

« We loved our stay at Magnolia East! Dennis and Jenny were really nice, helpful and generous people. The room was clean. Great for families : really close to the boardwalk and the beach, close to the grocerie store and the drug store, access to a full kitchen to cook, lots of places on property to relax outdoor. « ATTENTION : Avant d’utiliser la chambre, bien vérifier si vous avez le wifi à l’intérieur de la chambre car nous, nous l’avions seulement à l’extérieur de la chambre. Le jeune homme à la réception de l’hôtel qui nous a répondu était limite violent et on avait de la misère à comprendre ce qu’il nous disait. Il criait même après nous. Inacceptable… Si non, le reste était ok. »

On a perdu l’électricité pendant 16 heures que dans notre chambre, il y avait également de l’humidité dans la chambre à un point tel que ça transperçait les vêtements et les draps. Le déjeuner est très bon, l’emplacement est bien, le personnel est bien surtout Jonathan le manager. Par contre il y a un employé qui travaille de nuit avec des tresses dans les cheveux qui est le plus nul jamais croisé dans le service à la clientele. Bref en raison de...
