Pequeños inconvenientes al usar el sauna y spa, tuve que pedir cambio de toalla que se la tuve que pedir a un adolescente la había agarrado y la estaba usando, personas sin traje de baño usando el jacuzzi en ropa interior o pantaloneta. Los baños del spa se mantenían sucios por la cantidad de personas presentes por el finde largo. El primer día esperamos 1hr para que hubieran toallas disponibles.

Realmente para un hotel todo incluido y del costo que tiene la noche, no vale la pena. Cobran como un hotel de Cancún pero la comida e instalaciones no valen eso. La piscina es un asco, y muy valientes los que se meten a la piscina del bar, saber cuántas infecciones hay ahí. No tienen ningún lugar con aire acondicionado tampoco. Todo el mundo mete vasos con bebidas a la piscina y se caen y terminan los vasos flotando en la piscina, yo realmente no vuelvo Los baños son un total asco.
