For a very reasonable cost, they have shipped our personal items to us. I’m nearly 50 and have stayed in plenty of hotels. This is the only hotel that has ever done this! When you have kids, it’s so easy to pack up and not realize things are hiding under covers, etc! While we were there, e bought a game that required two AA batteries. The hotel was kind enough to not only give us some batteries, but unscrew the back of the game so we could insert the batteries. Little things like this MATTER!"
