It is up a flight of stairs with no elevator, so may prove inaccessible for some people. Only real complaint was the noise. The host warned us that, because the apartment is located above a restaurant, we would hear some of the crowd, but advised that it would die down around closing, which it did. Unfortunately (and maybe this was just bad timing), the cleaning crew came in later and started cleaning carpets; the first night from 11:30pm-1:00am, the second night from 12:30am-after 2:00am (along with very loud singing).
