« well, the host was very nice, the area i rented was very nice. there was a small make shift kitchen, the bathroom was very nice. the whole place was very clean and organized. that being said, it was not at all what i thought i was renting. this is a furnished basement in a house where people live. i thought vrbo specialized in whole property rentals. i was trying to get away from people and i could hear them walking overhead. this put a big damper on my vacation. i paid a lot of money (to me)...

« If you are strictly looking for value this property works. We rated it good because technically nothing is wrong with the property and it is convenient to the redline if you are looking to have good access to DC. Why good overall not great: the surrounding property is shabby and unkempt. In our unit specifically, the kitchen sink was not fastened and loose. The bathroom sink was 90% slow verging clogged. Being a homeowner - this just felt run down and the main property which you have to walk by...

« This property was unique as it had a winery right on property with so many activities such as, line dancing. The food and drinks were excellent. The house was impeccable and beautifully decorated. The property is large and beautifully kept. You can tell this is a special property for the owners. Also, the staff was friendly and very attentive , I highly recommend this B&B whether it’s for a romantic getaway or any type of an event. »

« Not very private. Not kid friendly. Youngest child wasn’t able to be in the loft. Went out to use the hot tub and it stated only 16 and older could use. Disappointing. »
