It's a very large home with marble floors throughout, fireplace, elevator, pool and Jacuzzi.

Area Description: New Luxury Home located on beautiful Sombrero Beach. Amenities in the surrounding area include fabulous fishing, kayaking, sailing, water skiing, golfing, tennis, bicycles, shopping and plenty of waterfront dining. Beach amenities include volleyball, playground for children, barbeque's, picnic tables and picturesque views of sandy beaches and breath taking sunsets. For additional entertainment, Key West is a nice coastal drive away for plenty of nightlife, famous '7 Mile Bridge' is 2 miles South or Swim with the Dolphins. If you are in the mood to exercise, there is 4 mile bike/running path just steps from the home and a treadmill in the house.
