"Our room was clean and ready for our stay. We could walk to some shops, miniature golfing, restaurants."

"Great stay!"

"Cute rooms in close proximity to several restaurants. "

"The entire parking lot was completely flooded. There was no cover on the stairs leading to the second floor so the wood was extremely slick. We never checked into this property because we could not unload at this property. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. In contacting the property manager we were told there was absolutely nothing that could be done. And we were just out the money."

"We had short trip for the oyster festival but really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and cozy. Beautiful views off the deck. "

"The location was central with a deck out on the marsh, which was lovely. The pool seemed well kept and was nice. It was clean and the communication with the hosts was quite good. The smart TVs didn’t really work and could only work with live tv. No apps worked. Overall, though, would stay again."

"The property and room were clean and neat. The facility and rooms are older, but all was functional and clean. Very communicative and easy and clear check in and out process! "

"Quiet area and close to all attractions. Very fast response with any questions before and during stay. Would recommend!"

"As usual we had a wonderful stay at the Assateague Inn and cannot wait for our next visit. "

"The whole stay was excellent and the property was in an excellent location. Surprisingly quiet considering the proximity to restaurants and activities."

"Overall the place was nice enough for the cost. "

"We had a wonderful time! The location was convenient to restaurants and shopping but still nice and quiet. Communication was easy and questions were answered quickly. "

"Off season rates are really reasonable- place is as described- good location- good views- would stay again."
