We booked a 3 bedroom apartment expecting there to be 3 bedrooms. Unfortunately they consider the bunk bed 3 beds, so in reality, there were only 2 bedrooms and 3 beds + a pull out sofa bed if needed. The shower in the bathroom was dark and hard to see while showering. There was also sewage odor that would start getting stronger as the day progressed. Lastly? The WiFi was very spotty, lots of issues even loading short video clips on instagram. Plus side is that this place is centrally located to a lot of different sites.

This hotel was perfect for our week in Valencia; right in the heart of the old town. The staff were brilliant and a special request I made was sorted effortlessly. The suites are stylish and of a very good size. The whole hotel was very clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was perfect to have a small rooftop sun terrace and small plunge pool; with steps and a rail in, as a place to relax when we weren't exploring. The only downside is there are only about 7 sunbeds. As a traveller with a disability, I found this hotel very accessible. The only thing was that to get to the small pool, you had to walk up about 8 steps. But there's a rail and the steps aren't steep. The roof top bar has beautiful views of the Cathedral and the prices are surprisingly reasonable! Highly recommend.

Room was clean. Stark setting. Room with a good bathroom and shower, bed, armoire, small desk with simple chair. Great location. Manager attentive and helpful. Perfect for just having a place to sleep while you go and explore the city.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the center of the old town and within walking distance of most sites of interest. They have an underground parking garage so we rented a car at the airport for day trips out of the city. Driving in the old town was challenging with many narrow, dead end, and one-way streets. There are a couple of restaurants in the square right outside the door that are open very late and got a little rowdy, so if you are a light sleeper you might want to bring ear plugs. It didn't really bother us, but might be a consideration if you aren't used to sleeping with noise outside. The kitchen was equipped well enough that we prepared dinner in the room a couple of nights. There are a couple small grocery stores within 5 min walking for the basics. If you want to catch a cab, the best place is to walk to the Torre Serranos. There is a bus stop and cab stand there. You might also get one near the Central Market. Overall, it was a great hotel for getting the feel and enjoying the old town. If you are more interested in the beaches and day trips outside Valencia, you might consider a hotel outside the city center.
