Christmas Decorations up in windows - nice touch. Enough beds for up to 12 persons (5 queen, 2 twin). House was clean and had enough blankets for those that needed one. Bedrooms had space heaters. Kitchen on main level is small, downstairs kitchen is a bit larger. Kitchen amenities are limited, very few pots/pans to cook meals for 8 people. No dishwasher. If have more than 6-8 persons, definitely need paper products. Main level bathroom is small and tight, steps upstairs/downstairs are steep. The location is great and located 5 minutes from all the fun spots in Manhattan such as the mall, museums, the K-State campus and Aggieville. There are three levels so taking a large group is easy and allows for privacy or space. Having two separate living areas was also handy. Most of the houses in this part of the city are old and are not luxurious, if that is what you are looking for. However, it was clean, cozy, affordable and sets the stage for a fun time in MHK!!
