DAMAGES/STOLEN ITEMS \-If an item on the property is broken or damaged as a result of the Guest, a photo is to be taken of the damaged item and sent immediately to the Host. Fees will be incurred based on the item cost to fix or replace said item (if the item cannot be fixed to an acceptable/safe standard). \-Accidents happen. If there is an accident, please just reach out immediately to figure out what we can do. \-If an item is taken from the property, the Guest will be charged for the full price of the item to replace if not returned within 24 hours of checking out. Exceptions are made if Guest is actively trying to return item, by communicating with the Host, but it takes more than 24 hours. The limit is three days, otherwise the Host will have to charge for the replacement of the item.
