hotel was nicely located. breakfast was good. not in line with what I would expect from a 4 star hotels. the thing that bothered me the most was the shower. everytime we took a shower, the whole bathroom was flooded.

Modern , minimalist and comfortable hotel w/ all commodities for a good stay . Would stay here again but would not recommend a long stay as the area where it’s located is very crowded and made for German tourists mainly. Stayed for 5 nights on half board regime , lovely breakfast w/ good variety everyday just would improve the range for brunch such as more salads and pasta options as breakfast is from 8am-13 ;also would not recommend to have dinner included as same is a la cart and can be very restricted at times . It Would definitely be nicer if the hotel was not so “German tourist “oriented and more all nationalities instead. Lovely spa and outside pool , comfortable beds and nice rooms w / pool and see view in our case . Bar menu could also be improved, more choice needed .

The food was disgusting. A majority of the staff were very rude and not accommodating. Had to battle with them just to get the basics! They charge €3 for a bucket of ice… yes ice. The property itself was clean and in a good location but the poor customer service and food was a let down.

Really nice modern hotel . Staff were really helpful and friendly . Mainly German area -( in the German version of Magaluf apparently ) We were 40 somethings and it was no problem at all. No drunks , no shouting fighting ect. Holiday was silent at night.

Beautiful property, we particularly appreciated the cleanliness as well as the late check out by mid-day. Entry doors to each room are very noisy and they close with a large bang that borderline makes the walls tremble. The rooms have zero noise isolation, so do consider that before booking you vacation with this hotel. The whole complex is really nice, but once you get outside of the hotel complex you encounter drunken and noisy people everywhere. So from my personal perspective, although I like the hotel, the surroundings are horrible and therefor I will never return here.

The property was excellent. I stayed in a swim-up room and made an excellent choice. The property was spotless and all areas well kept. The staff were attentive and polite at all times. Unfortunately the hotel is in the wrong area for me, my fault as I didn't research. S'Arenal is to Germany as Magaluf is to England.

Super hôtel, le personnel est très agréable, souriant, aux petits soins. L’hotel est esthétiquement très beau, tout est pensé dans le moindre détail. Les chambres sont bien pensées Et la cuisine est parfaite brunch top et dîner super. Les cocktails sont excellents C est propre Le spa manque de quelques degrés dans l’eau mais sinon très bien

Leider mehr Schein, als Sein. Sehr laute Musik am Pool und sehr eintönig. Einen Platz am Pool zu ergattern ist schier unmöglich. Schon vor Öffnung des Pools bildet sich eine Schlange vor der Absperrung. Viel zu wenig Liegemöglichkeiten für die Größe des Pools. Ansonsten gute Lage zum Strand und Megapark.

Late Check-out wird per Mail vom Hotel abgefragt. Wenn man das möchte, steht man jedoch dann am Abreisetag trotzdem an der Rezeption und muss Glück haben. Lasst es direkt und fragt erst gar nicht… Security macht eher Fotos von einem Betrunkenen, anstatt zu helfen. Selbes Spiel mit dem Herrn an der Rezeption. Ich und andere Gäste hatten angemerkt, dass ein Mann auf dem Boden liegt. Anstatt 2 Min. in die andere Straße zu laufen und zu sehen, ob alles okay ist, hat man das Fenster aufgemacht und gesagt, ich sehe kein Blut, wird schon passen. Zusätzlich kam noch die Aussage, er ist eh nicht auf unserem Grundstück. Ich verstehe, dass die vielen betrunkenen Touristen ein Problem sind, jedoch sollte man auch als Hotelbetreiber etwas Empathie haben. Ich habe mich übrigens dann um den Betrunkenen gekümmert. Die Security hat in der Zeit Fotos von uns beiden gemacht. War mein zweiter Aufenthalt hier, wird aber jedoch nicht mehr gebucht! So ein Verhalten geht für mich nicht!
