Beautiful boutique hotel . Staffs were very nice, Rooms were clean and our spacious . Would highly recommend.

Absolutely stunning hotel! We had an amazing time and wish we could’ve stayed longer. There are a lot of restaurants in the area and it is easy to use transit to get to other towns nearby. They also have a sister hotel in Port Soller with a parking lot you can use if you are using the parking at Alcazar hotel, which is €18/day. The bed was super comfortable, rooms were beautiful and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a buffet with a large variety of food. I hope to be back...

Location was great in central Palma...easy to walk everywhere. Love the Pool on rooftop. Staff was very prompt and friendly Food was great Very Quiet and Comfortable

This property was like “Heaven”.. great in everything from scenic views, great accommodations.. the spacious rooms, great Breakfast, and Suppers! Welcome drink upon arrival.. the staff were great.. cared for all your needs! Excellent

From the time we arrived at Hotel Convent de la Missio we were greeted with friendliness, helpfulness and just a sense of positive energy. We stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days and enjoyed every minute. The breakfast was healthy, great variety and again the service in the morning was superb. The front desk staff were very helpful in arranging a car rental for a day and making other very useful sightseeing suggestions. Wonderful hotel! Comfortable bed, and spacious room! We booked a balcony and enjoyed the view late nights while we had some drinks. Buffet breakfast was excellent! Variety of food to choose from. There were three pools. Enjoyed the pool (nice to swim in deep end) and shallow pool had a jacuzzi! We had drinks and snacks at the pool. Pool at sky bar (we didn’t try) but sky bar view was amazing!! Had pre-dinner drinks and appys and enjoyed the view at sky bar then went for a walk around hotel....

Excellent staff, in particular Francesca at guest check-in and the breakfast staff. Hotel location convenient and well maintained.

Amazing stay and staff!

Overall it was a pleasant experience with friendly (and helpful) staff, clean (and quiet) room, and is well located. Will definitely be returning when back in Mallorca.

Amazing hotel - would definitely come back again.

Really great hotel to stay at. Beautiful modern style that kept the old stone touches from the original building. Location was perfect 15 minutes to Palma beach, 5 minutes to shopping 15 minutes to the basilica. Shower bathroom beds everything was super clean. Only thing was that the walls seemed a little thin as you could hear others staying at the hotel at times but nothing you couldn’t deal with. Excellent stay!
