Capacity for 3 persons. The house is divided into three floors: ground floor, first floor and basement. On the ground floor you will find the living room, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen and a cosy interior "patio" (courtyard) . On the first floor there are two bedrooms, both with double beds and a bathroom with shower. In the basement there is a sofa bed and a play area. The whole house is completely renovated and cared for down to the smallest detail. In the bedrooms there is air conditioning. IMPORTANT: \- All additional payments and the online check-in process are handled via WhatsApp, outside the platform. \- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax.
