The property is nice in the sense that it’s away from Heraklion which is very busy, but still close enough to walk to the city (took my wife and I 40 mins while stopping at places along the way). "Absolutely wonderful - all the staff were really friendly and kind, the food was fantastic, everyone spoke v good English. Very clean. Massive meals - under-order! An absolutely beautiful pool and gorgeous views of the mountains, and a private little balcony on our room. Friendly cats visit during dinner (they go away if told). A brilliant experience."
