"Very nice property, but only a few maintenance related items. The first night my tv did not work. A cable was changed but this should be check as part of room readiness. Also, my phone did not work and the AC condensate drips continually when it is on so the living room floor pools with water. I reported all 2@4 items for correction."

"Very beautiful views atop a mountain overlooking the Mediterranean. The road up is a challenge, for sure. Probably unlike anything else you have driven, but very doable with a little patience. The size of the place it a little tight for a family of 4, but you can make it work. The pool and patio are lovely and the hosts are very kind. "

"Amazing place we will definitely come back to Crete and stay here! While we were here had all we needed, home made breakfast daily, delicious food for lunch or dinner. On site convenient store and laundry. Great pool, view and drinks - we used them all. The location has a gorgeous view, relaxing vibe and easy access to tourist sites on the island. "Absolutely wonderful - all the staff were really friendly and kind, the food was fantastic, everyone spoke v good English. Very clean. Massive meals - under-order! An absolutely beautiful pool and gorgeous views of the mountains, and a private little balcony on our room. Friendly cats visit during dinner (they go away if told). A brilliant experience."

"Room is very basic. Hard and uncomfortable bed. Only 1 pillow on each side. Pool and facilities are actually not bad but it was very chaotic with tons of children running around. Buffet offered very unauthentic cheap food so we did not really eat there despite paying for all inclusive. The dining hours are very fixed.
