Check-in was easy and self-explanatory. The room was immaculate with microwave over and fridge. There is also a handy guidebook on how to use the amenities within the room such as washing machine and dryer. The staff team is approachable and friendly.

We loved our stay here. The hotel is in a good location for walking to places. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast and on site bakery / rooftop bar were great. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again if visiting Kyoto.

We selected this hotel to experience the Japanese ambiance during our stay in kyoto. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The green tea and face mask and lotions they provided were too good.
Their welcome drink was out of the world. They provide unlimited coffee, latte, juice and wine with crackers round the clock.
Staff at reception speak English. So it was very easy to communicate. Ideally located .Kyoto Station is 15 minutes walk. Along that way you find a temple, Gift store, McDonald's and Burger King.
