" Les planchers sont pleins de cheveux, il y avait de la saleté de collé dans la toilette, la télécommande ne fonctionne pas, toutes les bases de mur sont très sales et noircis, l’accueil n’était pas chaleureuse Je n’ose pas marcher pieds nus dans la chambre.
