"We had a wonderful welcome from the reception and concierge team. We had urgent documents to print and sign and the team were very efficient and helpful, thank you Vanessa! Our room was beautiful, and we had a lovely welcoming bottle of wine on arrival. The restaurant didn’t cater particularly well for Coeliacs but we had a celebration dinner with friends and they were made to feel very welcome. The concierge gave us great gluten free eating recommendations We will definitely visit again, thank you. "

"Stayed for 4 nights. Great hotel, cleaned daily. Decor in rooms abit outdated but still good. Hotel is in great location, close to transportation including metro. Staff is always helpful and happy to assist any time. Hotel has a swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. Hotel provides with bathrobes and slippers on request and free of charge. Restaurant at the hotel is ok, could find better options outside and cheaper. Would definitely come back and recommend. "
