« This was a horror show and the property is not safe for human occupancy. We arrived to find that the picture window on the front of the house was boarded up. The stairs to the 2nd floor were dangerously narrow and steep. There was no toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, cleaning items or drinking cups. « Our experience at this property was horrible. The host gave us an incorrect code for one of the units that resulted in wasting over an hour at check in to finally get the correct code. Multiple safety issues that violate VRBOs policies - loose handrail, outlets hanging from walls, exposed wires. Both units smelled of weed (even with explicit check in instructions that no smoking of any kind is allowed at the property). According to the listing linens are provided - but there were only 2 complete...

« Our place was the perfect place for our large group to recharge after a few fun days in STL. 7 adults, 5 children. The house was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed being close to town but not too close and in a sweet little neighborhood. The only thing we didn't plan for was there weren't many pans or dishes to cook with. We had to make a trip to the store to get a dish to make a casserole in. Also, no grill.. that was a little surprising but we just changed up our menu a little bit....

"Notre chambre était très propre, spacieuse et les lits étaient super confortables. Le personnel était très agréable et sympathique. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux mais chaque jour le même. La piscine était chouette, mais malheureusement beaucoup de personnes ne respectaient pas le lieu et les autres usagers. "
