« Danny is a good communicator. I had quite a few questions prior to arrival that he answered quickly. The parking in front of our room wasn't ideal for two motorcycles due to the loose gravel and awkward transition from the street to the parking area, but we made it work. The room was bright and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The kitchenette was a nice perk. If we decide to go down to Grafton again, I will definitely look into staying here. »

« It was a wonderful conversion, how ever they have an extra large chair on the property and people just kept walking up, interrupting conversion on the deck attached. There is also ZERO SHADE on the deck. Hard to enjoy with heat and people constantly park right next to the place you're paying high$$$$ and zero privacy. The bed was so bad I slept in my vehicle!! Definitely upgrades and attention to detail lacking. Thumbs down 150%!!!! Will not revisit! »

« This VRBO was perfectly located and very clean. We were not bothered by any noose from the gym downstairs. The only negative I can think of is the combined rooms upstairs. There is a large open doorway between the two rooms that at least a curtain or shutters of some sort wouldhave helped to add a little more privacy. Otherwise, both rooms had their own adjacent bathroom so you really didn’t need to pass through the other room aside from entering. We would stay there again. »

« Property was great and very clean. Check in process was extremely easy and very informative email was sent before check-in. The only thing that was lacking, which may be my own fault is the downstairs bedroom, the one with one bed is not a bedroom as the walls do not go to the ceiling. It offers privacy to get dressed but no privacy for conversations or intimate relations in the bedroom. The location was key so I would rent again but maybe not bring all my kids. :) »
