"Everything with all of the amenities was wonderful and right up to Drury standards. The check-in clerk would benefit from some additional training in how to clearly communicate with the guests."

"The room was a little smaller than we expected, but things were pretty freshly updated (paint, furniture) so it was quite pleasant. The breakfast was good, including most typical things and fruit, oatmeal, and some selection of teas. The downside was finding we were close to a railroad track and trains were quite loud. Try to get a room facing the other hotels/mall if you're a light sleeper."

"This hotel is not what it has been portrayed as. It is nasty. My bathroom door had been hit by someone, there was mold and dirt all around the bed. Worst of all, two stacks of wet towels and dirty sheets and bedding were in my hallway for almost an entire day. No one picked them up or returned to linen area. When I told the manager, she said she had only been there two weeks and lamented her challenges with the staff. Upon checking out, she started crying saying she had worked FOUR weeks to get a good review and that didn’t align with her earlier remarks. Anyway, don’t trust the pics; they misrepresent hotel and area. This property is in the hood and many many bikers stay there. Very depressing situation and not what I was lead to believe from other hotel reviews."

"The lobby/dining area was bright and welcoming, the staff very helpful and friendly. The TV was set on quiet, which I very much appreciated. I liked my bright comfortable room, especially that I could open the window for fresh air. Excellent bathtub and shower. Downside: Could to hear voices from the neighboring room. Breakfast could offer more healthy choices."
