« Listing was not entirely correct. Kitchen was not well stocked, not enough pans, no salt & pepper, no cooking oil, the center burner on the stove did not work. We had to ask the host for toilet paper and paper towels and the host responded quickly. The listing stated that you could walk to the stadium and that is true, but part of the walk was a little shady, I would not recommend for a family. The listing stated something about games in the patio, but we did not see any games and the patio...

« Our experience at this property was horrible. The host gave us an incorrect code for one of the units that resulted in wasting over an hour at check in to finally get the correct code. Multiple safety issues that violate VRBOs policies - loose handrail, outlets hanging from walls, exposed wires. Both units smelled of weed (even with explicit check in instructions that no smoking of any kind is allowed at the property). According to the listing linens are provided - but there were only 2 complete...

« We didn’t get to stay. The key pad entry was broken and the front window was boarded up. The glass was gone. This was at 7pm on a Friday night for 6 people including kids. We had to find a hotel—2 rooms. This was terribly stressful and expensive. The host made little effort to help us. I am still waiting for my refund. This should include the coverage we bought for damages. I think we should also be compensated for the hotel costs. We stay in a Vrbo b/c it is comfortable and affordable....

« Walter is an outstanding host. He generously allowed early check-in and late checkout and communicated easily in a very timely manner. Six large bedrooms and five bathrooms were perfect for our family group. Both kitchens were supplied with coffee makers and good coffee. Bed linens were very good and there was more than enough large fluffy white towels. Bathrooms were each supplied with all the necessities including shampoo and body wash.
