"The hospitality was top notch, the property just added to it thru and thru!! I will definitely be back, and I recommend it 100%. The town of Marshall will take u back to a Norman Rockwell painting of a forgotten time in America that will be remembered as soon as u are transported there! Don’t miss out on this hidden gem!!"

Beautiful house and room. Had a lovely breakfast in the dining room and were given home baked cookies and refreshments in the evening and home baked treats to take away with us. The host acquainted us with the neighbourhood and gave useful suggestions about where to eat and what to do. Enjoyed sitting by the fire and reading in the evening. It was cold so that we could not enjoy the beautiful grounds.

A very unique lodge - was incredibly nice inside with lots of lovely trinkets, art and games to keep entertained. The couple who run it were interesting to chat with, and overall it was a very nice stay. I would only wish for a door between the bedroom and bathroom.
