First off when we arrived around 11:20 am
The place wasn’t ready for checking in , we had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes…
After we checked in come to find out that the pool was not clean , hadn’t been used or cleaned in a while , green mold that clearly and visibly on the pool floor , kitchen had no coffee and tea pot to use , very basic kitchen supplies provided, in the bathrooms there was only 3 towels , no cleaning supplies to clean with , bed sheets and blankets were all dust and sand , and here’s the biggest problem we faced on the top on all that , no hot water to shower and no water pressure at all … my son went into the dead sea to swim , very salty water of course you would have to shower after the salty water swimming… no hot water, in fact no water at all .. I called the manger on site, he went up to the roof and came back down to tell that water pump was unplugged and we have to wait until water fills up, when I checked the hot water heater found it turned off , all that to save money on heating the water… all that while my 6 year old boy waiting to shower and rinse the salt off his body … very bad deal
It’s not worth a penny , go any where else

The keeper at property will ask for extra money for non sense things! The reservation changed in last minute while driving there so I had to take whatever option available!
The deal I paid for includes heated pool but on arrival i paid 35$ just for the heated pool cash!
Pool remained cold!
The owner so nice and available but the keeper was annoying!

Overall our experience was amazing, don't believe anything you read online about any worries for travelling here, it's extremely safe and all the people are very friendly, overall this hotel is a great spot with friendly staff and great services, they went above an beyond to make sure my partners birthday was extra special, 100% reccomended and looking forward to staying here again!

We received a free upgrade upon arrival, which was nice and appreciated. Our room was clean and very spacious.
We ate dinner at the hotel - the service was great! The chef came out to ask if we were happy with everything. He did so again the next morning for our breakfast.
I can’t say enough about the service!

"They gave us all only 1 towel each. When we asked for more towels, they told us they don't give out more towels because people steal them. We asked them for soap and tissues because they gave us the leftovers of the guests before us, and they didn't seem too happy to do it. Checkout online says 10:00 ..."
