« We loved everything about the hotel, the place was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a spectacular location. The only issue we had is when we did our check in, the staff removed our visa from our passports. This is something they should be awared they should keep in the passports of tourists at all times and never remove. It's an important detail that hotels that cathers to internaltional tourists should really be careful about. Thankfully we. noticed the mistake...

« Belle surprise! Magnifique appart-hôtel très bien conçu, vue sur la mer, accès direct à la plage avec surveillance. Sel et boue disponible pour gommage et masque, douche sur place. Merci au Monsieur qui a été d'une grande bienveillance pour notre premier baptême dans la mer morte. Très bon petit-déjeuner dans resto, terrasse au bord de la piscine. On regrette de n'être resté qu'une seule nuit. PS: hôtel très récent, qui devra être un grand complexe, mais nous n'avons pas été gêné par la...

« Très belle maison avec piscine privée, très bien entretenue. Personne de contact très gentille et serviable. Je n’ai rien à dire si ce n'est peut-être de prévoir une bouilloire ou une machine à café dans la cuisine. Nous avons regretté de ne pas avoir pris plus de temps dans cet hébergement. »

« The keeper at property will ask for extra money for non sense things! The reservation changed in last minute while driving there so I had to take whatever option available! The deal I paid for includes heated pool but on arrival i paid 35$ just for the heated pool cash! Pool remained cold! The owner so nice and available but the keeper was annoying! »

« Very helpful staff (especially Manuel) but a few issues. They didn't seem to know I was coming so had to work quickly to fully prepare the room. But they did well and it was very comfortable - good airconditioning, lovely sunset view over the Dead Sea, comfy bed. Breakfast didn't happen at 8am as planned and there was still nobody to be seen when we had to leave at 8.30, so we put the key on the front desk and let ourselves out. »

"We loved everything about the hotel, the place was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a spectacular location. The only issue we had is when we did our check in, the staff removed our visa from our passports. This is something they should be awared they should keep in the passports of tourists at all times and never remove. It's an important detail that hotels that cathers to internaltional tourists should really be careful about. Thankfully we. noticed the mistake and we were able to get our visa back."
