Room service is also amazing and the buffet for lunch and breakfast is super. There’s also a super market outside in the public u can get small chips, nuts and fruits not alot security at hotel won’t let u because it’s their policy but they are so nice. It seems like no maintenance has been done since it opened. The staff was obviously not trained at all and they were rude. When I received my room and after settling in, I wanted to check out the hotel. To my surprise the door doesn’t lock. Red flag. After I told them about it, a guy came and after he tried, he basically told me, its fine don’t worry!?!? Of course I insisted on a room change, the new room was a downgrade and it had no safe box! The bathroom smelled so bad, the sewage system is very bad. The AC barely worked. The “natural pool” was very bad, it was over flowing. The only normal pool was so dirty and the chairs were almost all broken. The only good thing was is the food, its not the best but good. This hotel has a very big potential to be a great hotspot. Its in a unique location. The management needs to be changed. Beautiful hotel and great location. The hot spring was not too hot, so we really enjoyed the pools, the falls and natural steam room. The room was amazing. Large, with a great view and really good beds.
