« The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. We had to ask at the desk for towels and supplies, but the promised room service never...

« Check in was impersonal and done by texts, never meet in keepers or their manager. We did meet the cook at breakfast. Overall, a nice stay. »

« FRONT floor entry can be a little tricky, but the Assistance from the front staff made up for any complications endured. HAVE a little Grievance with Expedia itself, your site charged me more than the hotel gave me a receipt for, like $40.00 more. Is there a reason for this? »

« A+++, this efficiency has everything you need with incredible communication and hospitality from the hosts. Also a fantastic location in Geneva. No sense in paying hundreds more for a hotel room when you can get this efficiency that has everything you need. »
