"Toilet had dried urine drops on it and sink/mirror was not wiped down. Floor was dirty and there was a gap under door that allowed bugs in - found a few spiders. The bedskirt was absolutely hideous and the chair was just as bad. Wouldn’t even put shoes on it. I get that it’s a 2 star hotel but cleanliness cannot be ignored to that extent! Throughout the night there was an intermittent, but LOUD, banging noise on the roof (like someone was nailing something); woke us up every time. Massive improvements needed to make this place worthy of 2 stars. "

"We were just thrilled with this little jewel. Can’t believe we’ve stayed in so many other hotels in the past - this will be our new go-to. Parking was a breeze in our own little bay underneath our room. The courtyard was just gorgeous - so many blooming plants and flowers! Our room was great, it had a fully stocked kitchen, which made breakfast a breeze. And the staff - I can’t say enough about them. Everyone was friendly and clearly loved the property and making sure everyone’s stay was top notch. I’m already planning our next stay!"

"I was lucky to grab one of the only 7 parking spots when I arrived, if the lot is full, that "free parking" perk might not help you much! Because of this, I left my car parked and used a bike to get around. The room itself was nice, clean, and well-equipped with plenty of towels in various sizes, extra pillows, a working hair dryer, and a digital safe that was easy to program. The TV remote and lights all worked, except for one bedside bulb that was burned out. My only major issue was finding hairs on the bedsheets. Worried about bugs or pests, I did a thorough inspection with my phone flashlight. Fortunately, I didn't find anything but the hair, so I decided to ignore it and slept fine, taking a shower in the morning. On the plus side, the toilet and shower were spotless, the outside ice machine was convenient, and the cleaning staff were incredibly friendly."
