"Haven't stayed at the Paramount in many years, the refurbish was done nicely, the o nly negative is they still only have 3 functioning elevators which was annoying when it got busy. Otherwise, the Paramount has ALWAYS been a favorite place to stay!"

"The room was small for a 4 day stay... but that's probably standard in the Times Square area. The sink was broken when we first checked in but they were quick to resolve. Construction was going on at the time in the lobby. Kind of hard to move around but will look beautiful when done. Loved the proximity to things and shows. However, the elevators were the worst. It took forever to get one to go down. Sometimes 10 mins."
