"We stayed only one night very close to the airport for our flight the following morning. When we checked in it stated that the room was standard, I had booked a superior (this may not be the correct terminology) this was quickly corrected though the room we were given was quite clearly set for one person as there was only one robe, one pair of slippers, one bottle of water etc! The room however was more than acceptable!"

Get the bus back to the airport or get the A bus outside the ibis hotel outside the airport to the main town bus station and walk through the shopping Mall Thistle express is a little way along on your right. No response to phone calls, emails before re confirmation of the move or complaining afterwards. Appalling customer service from all parties...and i've been in the industry 20 years."
