"Stay was good"

"Perfect set up for men fishing for a week. As stated earlier, be cautions while trailering a boat as the road is tight and twisty, any boat over 20' might have to rethink the location. The turnaround driveway could use some gravel. Overall, a good place for men to hang their hats for a night or more."

"David and Erika were excellent hosts in every way. Erika greeted us when we arrived and Dave was concerned and offered his assistance in multiple ways, far exceeding expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The house was filled with snacks, the fridge stocked and all other essentials were more than ample. This rental and property was the best by far in comparison to all other rentals we’ve encountered over the years."

"Property is great and in a great location. Historic neighborhood near stubborn brothers pizza which was amazing! The house was great except the upstairs gets very hot when temps are warm. High was 80 the days we stayed. Upstairs would be too hot if it was any warmer outside without any extra fans. Bring extra fans even though each room has a fan. Downstairs AC unit works great."

"The room wasn’t exactly like the picture, pretty basic. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. There was a Keurig coffee maker but no coffee. No temperature gauge and the room cold outside the covers. Check in was simple, I was contacted by the owner through email when I arrived, they seemed helpful. Not a bad place if creature comforts aren’t important!"

"A family gathering brought us to the area. The house was exactly as described and extremely clean and comfortable. We walked our dog around the neighborhood each evening and were also impressed with how nicely kept the homes are and how quiet it is there. It was centrally located to all our family. We would absolutely stay again!"

"We were in town for our son's graduation at UT Law School. The house is well stocked, beautifully decorated and plenty of room for a large family. We had 6 stay with us and 4 others at a local hotel. We had plenty of room for a family breakfast. Everyone talked about how comfortable the beds were. We loved the house and the location was in a quiet neighborhood but just 67 minutes from campus and close to other attractions. Highly recommend! House was not clean, and in addition to that, the previous tenants left food and trash. There were broken and damaged items that made it unacceptable for young children, only six bath towels provided & 4 wash cloths even though we booked for 7 people. "The 4 of us had a fantastic stay, the beds were so comfy, the location was great with everything you need close by, and parking was easy especially since the driveway was recently paved.
