We chose the hotel for its location, it is a great spot for downtown activities. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Only had one problem with the shower. We had an accessible shower but the hand sprayer would not work, so it did not meet our needs.

Close to DIA and easy access to lots of local spots it is well situated off of a quiet street. My third floor room was spacious for my brief stay and the staff were very helpful, it was a step back in decoration and the common rooms and porches add to the effect.

"Although this property is being renovated it was pretty clean and quiet. Great location to restaurants and the beach at Lake Erie. They were very short of staff but made it work. Simple decent place to sleep and stay. No frills no breakfast or pool but definitely worth the stay."
