« Where to start. Check-in was so easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was so clean and comfortable. There were drawers to unpack, unlike the highly rated Lincoln hotel in Chicago, where all of the suitcases took up floor space! Unfortunately a very severe storm came through and we lost power, in fact no power within 15-20 miles. The staff was exceptional! They would refund that night and any others if you had booked them. They helped those that chose to move down towards Toledo...

« The place was closed due to power outage. No communication about this. No phone call no email. Upon arrival the place looked abandoned. Siding falling off the building. Windows and doors dirty. Outside play area looked unusable. Grass has not been cut or trimmed. Weeds growing throughout the parking lot. My four year old granddaughter said the place looks scary. »
