The staff were above and beyond helpful and friendly and kind. The bed was comfortable and all the amenities for comfort were available. We loved the location, the quiet, the setting and would happily return. The only thing missing for us were perhaps some cards or games for evening entertainment.

Great location and property!

The hotel is definitely older, (older carpets/decor and tile), the rooms need an update (new carpets/furniture), the bedding, bed, towels and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was included, we were there for several days and it is the same meal plan every day ( hard boiled eggs, toast/bagels, yogurt, fruit, cereal, waffles). The coffee was decent which is important!! The staff were nice and helpful but may not have the best communication for needs from shift to shift. We had extended our stay and ended up speaking with several staff over the days which was confusing as one said it was no problem, two informed us we had no room to stay in which ultimately turned out we did which was very frustrating. Otherwise they were pleasant. There is a very strong odor of pool chemicals when arriving in the lobby.

Not a simple room but clearly not really a suite. TV resolution quality was super low and no remote control was provided for ac. Had to unplug during the night since I was not able to adjust it.
