"Had a room in the annex/dependance because we were 2 adults/2 children and the space was large and beautiful! Staff, breakfast, daily snacks were well worth the fare! Convenient location and immaculately clean! Great find!"

There is a cafe though under it and both nights were soooooo loud from 12-3am (maybe beyond). It seemed to be an area for locals to gather after the bar! I’m a deep sleeper and it kept be up so be wary."

"Massimo’s villa was absolutely lovely! The views from the property were spectacular. The home is well equipped for all your needs during your stay. Massimo was a fantastic host. He was very responsive and had plenty of suggestions on getting around and where to eat. If you need anything, he will take care of it for you.We had a great time while staying at his property!Lucca is such a cool city. It has all of the charm that you expect in Italy without the big crowds. "
