"Home was clean, plenty of space, kitchen large with new appliances, bedroom on main floor very comfortable, bathroom on main floor. Upstairs full living room, 2nd bedroom, bath. Convenient to main roads/hwys. Close to coffee shops and bike/walk trail."

"It was the right size for what we needed for our soccer tournament weekend. The beds were VERY comfortable! The TV was fine but if you have 4 people you may feel squeezed in. Extra dining chairs are available but not ideal if you’re watching a movie. Overall, it’s an older property with some things that you just have to let go of because the price and location is great. We LOVED the downtown area of Loveland for food options. We also really appreciated the extra large fenced in yard for our dogs. That was a must and it worked perfectly!"

"This place is truly great! Has all the modern finishes while still being able to make you smile when you walk in. Located right near downtown Loveland. Would recommend and when I go back to Loveland would stay there again. "

"The house was good.. and the neighborhood was great. Its was quiet, and everything was a short distance away. The pictures on the posting should be updated but the house was clean and definitely met our needs. The hot water pressure and beds were great after a long day.The only concern I had was that theres a decent amount of damage on the boards in the backyard deck so i definitely would not leave the kids unsupervised outside. "

"Nice little home in a nice little town, good value. We stayed while visiting family in Cincinnati. 3 adults and little dog. Works well for 2 adults and 2 children traveling with pet(s) visiting local attractions. We were gone most of the day, so only used for sleep/shower, not cooking or entertainment. "
