The comfort is challenged by the lack of any lamps or good reading light and the lack of cable tv reception which limits tv access to news and some streaming such as Netflix. The communication with Jodi (the woman who works for Loveland Lofts) was subpar. I called and emailed a day or two before my reservation with a few questions and never got any response. When I finally got ahold of her the day of the reservation, she was unaware of my booking?! There was no available parking due to the holiday, so when I went to park in the gated lot that comes with the room none of the codes Jodi gave me worked, so I had to drive around for about 30 minutes until she could come and let me in. She was friendly and apologetic, but it was very frustrating, disorganized and unprofessional. The room was pretty, but the TV and WiFi wouldn’t work, and when I texted Jodi my questions she simply didn’t respond or answer. I never heard from her again. The potential for this place to be great is there, unfortunately the management is not good, and I felt that my stay was an inconvenience in some way.
