Nice hotel close to the centennial Park and Congress center. I here for a conference, but world stay there again

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hotel Phoenix Atlanta Downtown. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel was truly flawless, every detail felt fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully cared for. The customer service was equally impressive. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. Valet parking was exceptional, especially considering the challenges of nearby construction and the large crowds from local events. The team handled everything smoothly and efficiently, which made a big difference in our overall experience. One of the best features is the location. The hotel sits directly across the street from both State Farm Arena and Mercedes-Benz Stadium, making it an easy and safe walk to events, no stress, no hassle. We also appreciated the thoughtful in-room touches like reasonably priced drinks and snacks, along with the cozy, comfortable robes. It really added to the experience. For everything you receive, the hotel is very reasonably priced. We’ll absolutely be staying here again for future events, this will be our go-to spot in Atlanta!

Very cold and drafty, heat only goes to 70 for a few moments. Space heaters are needed. Bathroom is cold, water doesnt reach a super hot temp. Back door is not level so you can see outside through the bottom. Location is great, neighborhood is cool. Not a horrible stay for an urbanite but of there just a little bit of bougie in you, you may wanna pass

Airport shuttle was difficult to locate, was told it ran 24/7 but it did not. Clean room, comfy bed. Nice staff but not helpful when asking questions about surrounding area. Good location near the airport.

Overall ok hotel. The first night was terrible! The people next door to my room had a party in their room that spilled out to the hallway. They partied from about 10pm until 4am. They were loud, yelling cursing bumping so of course we didnt get any sleep the first night. The day of, I called down at 11:10am to get some fresh towels and I had to call back at 11:35am to inquire. I didnt get the towels until 11:50am which now caused me to be rushing to get down by 12pm for checkout.
