Very friendly and helpful staff. My suite was so nice, clean and comfortable. The stairs were a challenge with my suitcase, but staff offered to carry it up for me. Great location to stay close to Cavendish beach and driving to other towns. Can also rent bicycles here. A wonderful place to stay!

Great location, great staff, very helpful, had an initial issue with arrival, but management and staff went above and beyond to make the rest of the stay incredible. Highly recommend this hotel if you stay in Charlottetown.

There was a great selection for breakfast. However the location of our room was quite loud. You enter the rooms from a hallway, but there is also an exit on the opposite side of the room to the parking lot (this was only the case for some rooms). We therefore could hear people coming and going in the parking lot and through the main doors into the section of our hotel. The hotel was in a great location close to downtown and had parking included.

The room was lovely and spacious with a very large bathroom. The breakfast was not what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The selection was terrible - donuts and butter tarts are not appealing at breakfast. The staff was not good at refilling - they even ran out of regular coffee and by the time they brought the coffee they had run out of cups. There was no dining room for breakfast. Guests had to sit on sofas and living room chairs in the reception room and eat from coffee tables which was not comfortable at all. The reception staff member on duty when we checked out around 10:00 am on September 11 was not friendly or hospitable.

Good location. No TV. No blow dryer. Small room. No ice on floor. No working key card.
