This is an older property that was recently rehabbed. My standard queen room was spotless and pleasantly decorated. The bedding and towels were excellent, mattress very comfortable. Toiletries were eco-friendly. The hotel is steps from downtown. The only negative was no elevator but the property is only two floors. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Walking / Biking into the park is free. otherwise, if you plan to stay a while, get the discovery pass (136$ for the family for one year)

Rent a bike at the Petro Canada accross the street from the Tourism centre. The bike path along the norht shore is gorgeous, and it's easy parking at the Tourist centre.
