"Never been to Tipton IA before. The next time we go through, we will be staying at this location. It was quiet. Well kept. Staff was very friendly. Clean. Amenities were just what was needed. Don't need over the top for a comfortable stay. We only stayed for one night, but we will be stopping again. It was homey and comforting. Something somewhat lacking these days."

"A nice convenient place to stay if you need to be local to Eldridge. Pool was a bit on the cool side, but refreshing given it was super hot when we were there. The hot tub looks like it need to be completely removed as it is blocked off with wood. The room was quiet, especially given that it was a rather full hotel. Breakfast was fine. Several options."

"We arrived late at night and it was very dark. Recommend lighting along the lane and perhaps signage to the cabins. Overall the place seemed clean, but we wondered how clean it really was when we saw feces on the outside of one of the toliet bowls. The beds were comfortable and the cabin was very well supplied. Lots of kitchen supplies, extra linens, and towels."
