Very well put together staff professional respectful helpful on time efficient and all around place I would consider to be a safe space for travelers who want to enjoy the LA experience and want a piece of mind especially for you like mine you can trust that they know they'll be safe when I speak the words for a better traveling experience

The worse place I had stayed at,I checked in room a non smoking room, the ac didn't work and room smelled horrible, went to get my room changed so gave me a new room , the room smelled so bad like cigarettes there were roaches, everything was dirty the pillows were filthy, I just left. I couldn't stay there other then no parking and price was too much but it looked better in the pictures, never again.

Room was not as advertised, bed sheets had some stains, hair visible on pillow cases, sink had a leak, smelled like cigarettes, furniture was worn and broken. Didn't last an hour. Couldn't get refund.

Pretty bad! Pretty bad experience. The property was extremely dirty. The room had dirty floors and surfaces, the refrigerator was filthy, and there was hair from previous guests in the fridge, in the bed, and in the bathtub. It is exactly what many of the other reviews say: the property appears to be frequented by prostitutes, and there was a strong smell of marijuana throughout the property. Yes, you only pay around $70, but you get exactly what you pay for essentially nothing …except a dirty roof over your head. The staff was completely non-communicative and unhelpful. Overall, it’s simply a bad place. Very disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here.

This place is a dump , it serves as a prostitution hotel , the Rooms are filthy they don’t change the bed sheets and the smell of cigarettes inside is terrible if any body wants proof, I have it. I got there at 3am I was working up by an asthma attack that my daughter had do to the smell of smoke . I could not stay in a place like that. I request for a refund, which I was told it was gonna be grounded to me, but after two days, Expedia send me an email saying to due to the lack of response from their management of their hotel, my refund was denied. Planning to take them to small claims court. People. It’s nothing like the pictures They’re showing on this Expedia website or any. If you do full on this place, I recommend you’re not to pay ahead and ask for the key to see the room and check everything before you stay there which I’m sure nobody will .!!

We got our room and it didn’t even look clean. The carpet was all dirty like it hadn’t been vacuum, there was remaining hairs in the bathroom from past guests. There was a plate in the microwave left there, the food was rotten like if it’s been there for days. And let’s not talk about how heavy of smoke it smells in the room. We tried everything to make it better and nothing helped.
